So I was doing some work on my computer today while watching the food plot. We had deer in the plot all afternoon but only one or two at a time. It was in the 50’s with open skies. This was the fewest deer we have seen all season and we have been staying out of the plot for a week now trying to get some new resident bucks to stick around. While doing this I was listening to rut radio by Wired to Hunt. The interviewee said that the deer have parkas on. They do not like moving this time of the year if it’s really warm out. Completely made sense while watching the fewest deer we have all season in the plot at twilight. Glad I stayed out of there today.
